• Keep your crystals with you or near you when you go to bed. You can carry your crystals in your pocket, wear them as jewelry, or place them on your altar or bedside table. Every time you see your crystal, it should remind you of your intention.
• Meditate with your crystal regularly, and thank it for its assistance. You can also use chakra meditation, affirmations, or visualization to enhance your intention setting with crystals.
